Install Husho in three steps

Open the downloaded file
Open your Downloads folder and double-click the .dmg file.

Drag Husho into Applications
In the window that opens, drag the Husho icon into your Applications folder.

Launch Husho
Launch Husho from Applications. Your free trial starts the first time you open it and lasts 30 days.
First launch: setting up local AI
On first launch, Husho downloads its AI models (between 7 and 10 GB, depending on your Mac) and prepares them to run locally. You'll need an internet connection and about 2 GB of extra free space beyond the models.
Husho will then ask for permission to use your microphone and capture your Mac's audio.
Check your Mac's compatibility
Open Apple menu > About This Mac. Husho needs an Apple silicon Mac (M1 or later), macOS 14.4 or later and at least 8 GB RAM.

Husho only runs on Apple computers with macOS 14.4+
Husho doesn't run on phones, tablets, or Windows PCs. Open husho.app on your Mac, and the download will start automatically.
